Emerging Artist Recital Series: Opera Index Vocal Competition Winner: Siman Chung, Countertenor
Web Address: http://operaamerica.org/content/operacenter/onstage/emerging.aspx?event=OperaIndex
Start Time: 7:00PM

Discover the future of opera in recital. Companies from around the United States present the most promising singers from their professional training programs and winners of prestigious competitions.

One of America’s major vocal competitions, Opera Index has given awards totaling more than $1 million to 365 singers since 1984. The auditions for the vocal competition are held each October, and awards are given to two categories of singers: those who are on the cusp of a major career and those who are in the early phase of a promising career.

Tickets are $25 for non-members and $10 for members. Visit operaamerica.org/Recitals to register. This event will also be live streamed at operaamerica.org/Live.
