Description: This youth opera, written expressly for young voices (ages 7-18), takes place one hundred years in the future, on Winnie's sixteenth birthday. Her parents present her with the special gift of an interactive 3-D hologram video, depicting the history of Egypt. Winnie elects the "Eye of Ra" program to learn about King Tut. With the help of her computer, Tom 36, she steps into her holopad and travels back in time, to learn not only about antiquity and Egyptian customs, but her own place and purpose in history. The moral lies in the impact we all have on our fellow man.
