Customer Success Manager

We are an ambitious and experienced team, passionate about the perhaps atypical combination of technology with opera and classical music. Everyday more and more people use our services and therefore we’re on the look-out for dedicated individuals to expand our Customer Success Team.

 

Are you personable, ready to deploy and develop your skills and be part of a leading community building the infrastructure for performing arts? We are looking for experienced digital customer success managers who can support us in our efforts to extend our availability for our customers in the Americas and in Eastern Europe. Knowledge of classical music and opera is a requirement and if you have a background (or even still are active) in the performing arts that would be an extra advantage. 

 

Our platform Operabase is used by artistic directors, opera singers and artist managers, and our work has a direct impact on how fast performing arts professionals can find and book great talent for their productions. With thousands of users from opera houses and agencies and as many individual artists, we are the the go-to platform and tool for professionals and lovers of opera and classical music.

 

Your role

 

  • Resolve customer issues related to use of our professional and free services.
  • Work with our Customer Success Team based in Denmark, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the US to provide personal, reliable and effective customer service.
  • Support the team in continuously expanding our database and in other tasks related to ensuring the success of our customers.

 

Who you are

 

  • You have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and you are competent and experienced in digital customer service, adopting quickly to a variety of platforms and services.
  • You will be working with slow-adopting users in an industry with strong traditions.
  • You understand how technology can support the performing arts. You see the great opportunity stakeholders in opera, classical music and beyond have in improving their everyday with technology. Maybe you even have a background in the performing arts and connect the dots based on your own experience?
  • You reside in either Canada, the US or Mexico OR in case you do not, you would be available during North American business hours. Alternatively, you reside in Russia, Eastern Europe, the Baltics or Central Asia OR in case you do not, you would be available during Moscow business hours. You can also provide limited availability on the weekend. You speak either Spanish or Russian fluently in addition to English.
  • You are great at collaborating, but are also self-driven and curious. Working in a small team, with dreamers, techies and time-concerned executives, calls for collaboration, but at the same time you will be representing the company outside of our usual European business hours, this calls for you being self-sufficient and assured in your abilities.
