Chicken Little, the Sky is Falling
Composer:Gladys Smuckler Moskowitz
Librettist:Gladys Smuckler Moskowitz
Synopsis
Chicken Little is sitting under an old apple tree when suddenly an apple falls down and hits her on her head leaving a bump. She naively assumes that the sky is falling and rushes off to warn her friends about the terrible calamity. Perhaps they will tell her what to do? Singing arias personifying human foibles, the barnyard animals carelessly spread the rumor that the sky is falling.
