Concert: “Opera as Drama” Concert

Web Address: http://voicexperiencefoundation.org/product/opera-as-drama/
Start Time: 7:30PM

VOICExperience’s annual Opera as Drama week in New York City is taking place from March 24-April 1 this year.

The intense theatrics conclude on Sunday, March 31st at 7:30 p.m. as Sherrill Milnes presents the final “Opera as Drama” Concert. This unique scenes presentation takes you from a dramatic reading to its operatic scene equivalent. From Dumas and Beaumarchais, we find Verdi and Mozart. A concert that explores the spoken word of the opera through dramatic scenes and great singing by the Milnes VOICE Program Emerging Artists as they showcase the results of their week-long study.
