Summary

The Database Coordinator provides leading support services for customer relationship management (CRM) and revenue operations across the company. Under the direction of the CRM & Database Administrator, the Database Coordinator provides leading support for all Tessitura-related projects and supports the accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciling of data and key constituent information. This position requires some irregular hours of nights and weekends during performance calendar and high-volume ticket promotion periods.

 

Areas of Responsibility

 Tessitura

-Coordinate the in-take process for all Tessitura-related requests; support Database Administrator in resolving technical and reporting issues.

-Support routine analysis and assessment of campaigns and efforts. Process ongoing requests for lists, reports, and output sets for organization stakeholders.

-Create and institute regular updates that advance the maintenance, efficiency, and effectiveness of revenue operations. Handle communications and updates to internal stakeholders and liaise with Tessitura and Tessitura Extended Services accordingly.

-Support the Philanthropy team’s efforts in prospect and plan management; ensure gift officers have access and information needed to develop and report on cultivation activities.

 

Revenue Operations

-Assist with preparing, reconciling, and generating reports and reconciliation with revenue teams and the Finance department. Provide leading support in the daily and weekly reconciliation of earned and contributed transactions.

-Work with finance and processing team members to identify and resolve discrepancies as needed.

-Support CRM Administrator in the establishment and documentation of policies and standard operating procedures.

-Support processing teams with resolving or completing complex transactions. Work with Philanthropy and Audience Services teams to adhere to best practices and policies.

 

Qualifications

-Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on delivering quality customer service to patrons and stakeholders

-Effective attention to detail working style; experience with managing competing priorities or deadlines

-Previous Tessitura experience desired                               

Job Conditions 

The position is full-time, exempt. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work with seasonal high-volume periods. Some regular onsite work is required for BLO performances and events in Boston and across the greater Boston area (both during the week and/or on weekends).
