Fresh Collaborations

Director Emily Wells launched her career managing regional and touring Broadway productions and has since moved on to working at larger venues like Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, Florida, and Circuit Playhouse in Memphis, Tennessee. In March 2023, she made the jump from theater to opera in a big way, helming Houston Grand Opera’s production of Another City (Stephanie Fleischman, libretto; Jeremy Howard Beck, music).
