Register for both events for the most enriching experience or select just one. Rates increase for the conference as it gets closer, so register now for the best available rates.

COMBO SAVINGS: OPERA America organizational members in the U.S. and Canada can save $350 when signing up for both the World Opera Forum and Opera Conference thanks to a select number of registration stipends made possible by C. Graham Berwind, III. (Limitations apply.)
INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES: All international attendees from outside North America receive member rates to the World Opera Forum and complimentary registration to the Opera Conference.

Registration Rates
OPERA America members enjoy discounted rates to the forum and conference.
All international guests receive member rates to the forum. Canadian members receive 20% off conference registration. Other international guests receive complimentary registration to the conference.

A limited number of $350 stipends are available on a first-come basis to the staff and trustees of OPERA America's Professional Company Members, as well as Associate Member staff, Educational Producing Associate Member faculty, and Business Members in the fields of artist management and publishing.

Save With Team Registration
Maximize the impact of the forum and conference on your company by expanding your delegation.
Staff and trustees from OPERA America's Professional Company Members, Associate Members, Business Members, and Educational Producing Associate Members receive a discount of $25 off each paid registration when they register as a team of three or more — and lock in that rate for all future staff or trustee additions.
Instructions: After registering your first attendee, use the "Add Team Member or Guest" button to add additional team members. Your discount will appear when you complete your purchase.
Offer valid through April 4, 2024. Teams built by that date may continue adding new team registrations after April 4, but no new teams can be created.
Registration Types
Registration is available to members and non-members of OPERA America.
Not sure what type of registration to choose? Review the list below for an explanation of each registration type.
- Staff - Professional Company Member: For administrators and staff at OPERA America Professional Company Members.
- Trustee - Professional Company Member: For trustees and board members at OPERA America Professional Company Members.
- Associate/Business/Educational Producing Associate Member: For staff, faculty, and trustees at any of these OPERA America member types.
- Independent Artist - Member: For Individual Members of OPERA America who are artists (including singers, composers, librettists, designers, directors, and conductors). If you are employed long-term at an opera company, university, or other institution, you must register with your institution.
- Independent Artist - Non-Member: For non-member artists (including singers, composers, librettists, designers, directors, and conductors). Registration includes Individual Membership to OPERA America. If you are employed long-term at an opera company, university, or other institution, you must register with your institution.
- Other Individual Member: For Individual Members of OPERA America who are neither artists nor administrators, faculty, or trustees of opera companies or institutions.
- International (Non-North American): For administrators and other professionals from South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. International artists are encouraged to register as Independent Artists (Member/Non-Member).
- Other Non-Member: For individuals who are neither Individual Members of OPERA America nor affiliated with an OPERA America member organization.
- Opera Volunteers International: For members of OVI, the volunteer support organization for opera.
- Special Events Pass: For plus-ones and guests to purchase tickets to performances and special events. The Special Events Pass does not include access to sessions at either the World Opera Forum or Opera Conference.
International artists, administrators, and advocates attending from countries other than Canada can contact us at Conference@operaamerica.org for assistance with registering.

Cancelation Policy
Registrations for Opera Conference and the World Opera Forum are refundable at 80% through April 19, 2024; and at 65% through May 27, 2024, with the following exceptions. No refunds on registration will be issued after May 27, 2024.
Non-Member Independent Artists registrations follow the following refund schedule and retain their Individual Membership to OPERA America after cancellation: (a) Conference-only registrations are refundable for $95 through April 14, 2024; and $70 through May 27, 2024. (b) Forum-only registrations are refundable for $75 through April 14, 2024; and $60 through May 27, 2024. (c) Forum and conference combination registrations are refundable for $170 through April 14, 2024; and $130 through May 27, 2024.
Refunds are not available for the Special Event Pass.
Fees for performances are refundable at 100% through May 17, 2024. No refunds on session and performance fees will be issued after that date.
