The New Work Catalog is a collection of new work and work in development by OPERA America’s composer and librettist members.

Published biannually, the Catalog provides an opportunity for creators to highlight recent opera and music theater projects for producers and collaborators to learn more about their work.

Submission Details

The New Work Catalog is published twice per year in winter and summer. Each work listing includes the title, creators, description, work type, project status, vocal forces, orchestration, language, duration, publisher, and media link, as well as a contact email for the submitting artist.

Eligibility: OPERA America’s individual artist members can submit up to two works or projects for each iteration of the Catalog.
